	Whilst we know that we endeavour to provide our clients with the best possible service and care, we felt it would be best that our clients share their own personal experiences with you to show you that we really do care!

Freydo loves you
What a great service and how lovely my Freydo looks after his kind gentle treatment. He even looks forward to his time at Puss’n’Pooch, with his tail wagging as we go in the front door.
He never has any problems with to close a clip or the wrong shampoos as he did elsewhere!
Well done and thank you Puss’n’Pooch we shall return again, and again.

I have an 18year old Himalayan Seal Point that is not always in the best of temperament. In the most recent years she has developed lower limb / spine arthritis and most recently dementia which when combined can make her very difficult to handle.

For the past 2 years Kelli and David have been caring for her grooming / pampering needs at the Day Spa and I cannot praise the way they look after her highly enough. Not only is she greeted like the “matriarch” she is but they are so gentle with her during her grooming. I am not present during this grooming but every time I collect her she is content and warm which indicates safe and gentle handling.

The Spa is a very popular business but Kelli and David always strive to find time slots for those poor planning owners ( like me) who have left it to the last minute to book our favourite companion in for grooming. I not only take my cat to the Puss ’N’ Pooch Day Spa but have recommended it to my friends who have that special four legged companion. Once they have visited the Spa they are delighted with the service.

Hello. My name is Poppet & I am an Old English Sheepdog & I just want to tell you about my good friends at Puss ‘N’ Pooch Day Spa in Cleveland. I love to play & get grotty, because I love to go to Puss ‘N’ Pooch to get clean! I have so many good friends there – don’t tell mum but I’m just as happy there as at home!

Sometimes I just go there for the day even though I don’t need a bath. Their doggy day care is much better than being home alone.

They are always so kind even when I am too noisy, which was often when I was younger, but not so much now as I feel so at home there! They really listen to all mum’s ‘wants’ about my coat care & helped fix me up when I was itchy with hot spots. I used to be in full coat & they went to so much trouble to keep me perfect.

Now I am in a cute bear clip! (Another one of mums ‘wants’). I always get lots of compliments when we are out & about, & it’s all because of my human friends at Puss ‘N’ Pooch Day Spa!
